For a limited time, TONO by Akira Back invites you to experience it all from its rooftop perch above Yorkville with a specially curated four-course Nikkei tasting menu.

Guided by the vision of Michelin-starred Chef Akira Back, each course moves with intention, from a vibrant Nikkei Hassun of bluefin tuna, wagyu tartare, and renkon prawn cake, to your choice of Nikkei-style hamachi or Canadian lobster. Continue with a bold main of rack of lamb, charcoal-grilled beef tenderloin, or aji-glazed brasa chicken, and finish on a sweet note with the chef’s choice of dessert.
